We offer four levels of service which are tailored to suit your specific needs: Pre-tenancy, Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Fully Managed.

Pre-tenancy:
Our Pre-tenancy service is perfect for the landlord who wants to be have their property brought up to a good specification prior to letting. At Cambridge Property Lettings we fully believe in the term " A good property breeds a good tenant". We will send in a highly trained negotiator to look around your property with you and inform you of what we believe needs doing prior to letting, once discussed with you (our landlord) we would then have our own internal team of contractors provide you with quotes prior to agreement and work commencing. The beauty of having your own team of professional contractors is being able to provide a great service at a great price and still rest assured knowing that the consistancy of quality will never deviate.
Tenant find:
Our Tenant Find service is perfect for the landlord who wants to be hands-on. We will find you the perfect tenant, advise you on your legal obligations and then leave you to it until you need a new tenant found.

When your tenant decides to vacate:

When the contract expires, the tent will be offered another six month tenancy agreement or will continue on a periodic basis unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent.
We guarantee to beat any agency quote on ANY service.
The prospective landlord would have to provide us with a written quote from the alternative agent highlighting the amount (inc VAT) they have been offered or previously recieved, and the full details of the service that they are offering to provide or previously provided.
At Cambridge Property Investments Ltd we support our very own Fair Tenant Policy meaning that we have only one initial fee for our tenants to pay.
We believe in finding the right tenant each and every time and carry out thorough referencing and compliance checks on behalf of our landlords but we do not believe in making it difficult for our tenants to be able to afford somewhere decent to live by adding huge fees and causing our tenants unnecessary stress, with Cambridge Property Investments Ltd there are no hidden charges for moving in or out of the property, we have one initial charge which covers everything from referencing to market removal, from holding fees to check in and inventory fees and we believe that our initial fee is still smaller than most,if not all of our competitors here in Cambridge making your life easier as a tenant and leaving us concentrating on providing the 1st class service that both our landlords and tenants are accustomed to receiving from us.
